HISTORY

In 2002, Manoy  stood Drafting and Advertising Shop  at Tamiya, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The success of the firm has been centered more on Drafting Works, providing clients with a full set of complete plans, blueprints, construction material estimates, specifications, and assessing all throughout from processing of building permits till the end of construction period. By then, the firm was known by its good service of transparency, economical construction methods, unique designs, and full-time direct supervisions.

Then in 2004, Manoy established its business named TERO Architectural Services, working with some well-known construction companies and engineers engaging in contracts/sub-contracts on several Mactan Export & Processing Zone offices, private and government work projects. Further, the firm's business had continued to thrive and became a reliable service provider.

Manoy, determined to expound his knowledge and experience in the world of Design and Construction, worked overseas. He was immediately hired as a member of the Architectural/Structural Drafting Department of a well-known Construction Company in Dubai UEA. He then involved in the construction of multiple-storey commercial/residential buildings. On the onset of his work abroad, he has acquired valuable knowledge, skills, and techniques in the field of Planning & Construction Works.

Since 2010 till present, the firm has built and designed several residential buildings and major commercial buildings. Now settled at Dumaguete City, the firm has changed its name to HandyManoy where variety of services were offered and ready to provide what exactly GOOD SERVICE MEANS.
